About the play
BESTIE is a
performance about a performance in the making. Meet the Bestie (Italian for
“wild animals”) —the members of teaterPi — and follow a collective journey of
gathering, creating, rehearsing, and shaping a diverse mix of material, including
script collage, costume design, live music, and multimedia content. The work
reveals the process of transforming an original piece by Luigi Pirandello into a
multilingual, multimedia performance.
